Arlington TN needs a Municipal Skate Park. It has become abundantly clear recently that there is a need for a skate park and place for ALL KIDS to hang out. So we are dreaming it and planning it. We need a dedicated group of Volunteers to help with this project, both young and old. The dream is tangible, realistic, and achievable if we all work as one to achieve this goal
Build it.
In order to get Arlington Municipal Skate Park built we will need both financial and tangible involvement from the community. The Skate Park Project recommended a 8,000 to 10,000 Sq Ft Outdoor Concrete Park. They said construction costs run around $50 a sq ft for a concrete park. Which brings the price tag to 400-500k. But it will be an investment for decades within our community for the kids of today and tomorrow to enjoy.

When we get our Municipal Skate Park it will be very important to take care of the park and the surrounding grounds near the Skate Park. It will be our responsibility to keep it clean and trouble free. Everyone will enjoy a new safe place for Everyone to enjoy. Respecting our community neighbors and welcoming everyone into the space is essential. This is going to be a safe space for everyone.
